• You may use the app to upload and transform your images into AI-generated art.
• You retain all rights to your original images. Generated images are for personal use unless otherwise agreed.

2. In-App Purchases

• Users may purchase credits to generate AI images.
• Credits are lifetime consumable purchases: once used, they cannot be refunded or transferred.
• Payments are handled securely by the respective app stores; we do not store payment details.

3. Intellectual Property

• The video game names and styles referenced belong to their respective owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.
• Icons from Streamline - Core Neon (Free) are used under Creative Commons licensing.

4. Restrictions

• Do not use the app for illegal, harmful, or commercial exploitation without proper rights.
• We may terminate access if terms are violated.

5. Disclaimer & Liability

• We strive to provide uninterrupted and error-free service but do not guarantee it.
• We are not liable for any damages resulting from app usage.

6. Changes to Terms
